3.NEW SERVICE CONNECTION:

· DCSO issues out NSC forms and guidelines to the customers.

· Completed forms are registered in the NSC register, and the NSC number is indicated on the customer’s File.

· The file is moved to the billing and feeder mgrs for commercial and feasibility checks.

· The returned files that were cleared by the billing and feeder mgrs are logged into the NSC Google sheet for account creation.  

Forward the newly created account to the customer to request for meter.
