2.PROCEDURE FOR HANDLING NERC COMPLAINT:

· Upon receipt of complaint from the forum, the DCSO has a timeline 3 working days to investigate, resolve and forward feedback to CHQ NERC desk.

· CHQ officers have a timeline of 10 working days to respond to the forum.

· When hearing date is fixed, all responsible officers to the cases are to be present are expected t hold pre- hearing meeting to ensure effective presentation at the hearing. DCSO to come with all supporting documents,

After hearing, DCSO shall forward the forum decisions to all responsible officers and ensure implementation within the stipulated timeline. Failure to meet up with the implementation of decision with timeline should be communicated to the form Chairman.
